Calculating Rent

Rent is based on 30% of adjusted monthly gross income.  Heat, electricity, water, air conditioning, sewer and garbage is included in your rent.

Application Process:

If you are ready to take the next step to independent living, visit the office or give us a call.  The application link for Park Towers is found HERE.

Once you download the application packet you will need to fill it out and gather required documentation like:

  • Driver’s License copy
  • Proof of income copies
  • (See application checklist for full list)**

Then bring completed application packet and copies of all required documentation to the office during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am – 2pm) located at 133 Third Ave SW or send it by mail.  You can email an encrypted and password protected application to [email protected].  Choose what’s easiest for you.  When all required information has been collected from applicant, staff will process application and discuss next steps.

**All applicants must pass a criminal background check and pay a security deposit equal to one month of rent at time of lease signing.
